Are the products handcrafted?

All Silwart creations are entirely handmade, according to the method of the most ancient Italian tradition.

 

Are the products natural?

All Silwart creations are made of vegetable tanned leather .

It means that, in the tanning procedures, no chemical substances are used, but vegetal ones, in particular tannins extracted from plants.

For this reason, all items are 100% natural and hypoallergenic .

 

Can the products be customized?

All Silwart creations can be customized , compatibly with the 'technical' feasibility linked to the model.

TIMES

How long does it take to make a product?

All Silwart creations are made to order, to allow the customer to choose colour, small parts and any customizations.

Since each item is worked entirely by hand, it takes approximately 15 days to make.

Please be patient, we need the right time to create a unique, high quality and valuable product.

 

What are the delivery times?

The express courier in charge provides the following delivery times:

  • Italy excluding islands, Calabria, Venice: 1-2 working days
  • Italy islands, Calabria, Venice: 2-3 working days
  • Europe: 2-3 working days
  • Africa, Americas, Asia, Oceania: 3-4 working days

starting from the date of preparation of the product.

The aforementioned delivery times may be delayed during periods of heavy traffic, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or due to force majeure, such as strikes and the like.

 

PAYMENT

How is payment made?

It is possible to pay online with:

  • Paypal
  • Credit card
  • Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, send your request to info@silwart.it.

 

When is payment required?

Payment is required at the time of purchase, when checking out the cart.

If you request customizations on the product, payment will be made upon receipt of our order confirmation email, which details your particular requests and calculates the relative price.

Upon receipt of payment, the production of your product will begin.

 

SHIPPING

Does shipping cost extra?

Shipping has an additional cost, which is counted at check-out based on the type of product selected and the final destination.

We periodically run promotions that eliminate the shipping cost for Italy.

Do you ship to non-EU countries?

We can ship our products all over the world.

For non-EU destinations, customs duties, VAT and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the recipient customer, where applicable.

The goods are returned DDU (Incoterms 2020).

 

Which couriers do you use for shipments?

We ship with TNT or DHL, primary express couriers, which guarantee high quality and reliability in the service.

 

RETURNS

Is it possible to make a return?

The customer can request a return by sending an email to info@silwart.it, as long as the product is new, intact, without signs of use and complete with its original packaging.

The return request cannot be accepted in the case of a product made to measure or personalized upon specific customer request.
