Legal Warranty

All products sold on the website www.silwart.it are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for by Articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") ("Legal Warranty").

The Customer is required to check the goods immediately. If obvious defects are discovered, the Customer must report them to the Supplier immediately. If the Customer fails to do so, they will no longer be able to exercise their warranty rights against the Supplier.

In the case of defective goods, the Supplier has the right to choose between sending new items or repairing the defect.

If the repair is not feasible, the Supplier may request the return of the goods in exchange for a refund of the agreed amount.

Silwart takes great care to conduct thorough quality checks on the raw materials and during the processing stages at its laboratory, thus ensuring that the products are free from defects.

Our leather is a natural product, tanned using natural processes; therefore, color variations, surface irregularities, and wrinkles are signs of high quality and guarantee the naturalness of the leather and cannot be considered defects but rather peculiar characteristics of the product.

Silwart is not responsible for defects caused by the Customer, including minor traces resulting from product use.

In this case, the customer has no right of withdrawal.

Service Interruption

To ensure the highest level of service possible, the Supplier reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, system updates, or any other modifications.

Additionally, the service may be unavailable due to causes beyond the Supplier's reasonable control, such as force majeure (strikes, infrastructure malfunctions, blackouts, etc.).

Resale of the Service

Users are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit this Website or the service included therein.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks – whether figurative or nominative – and any other distinctive signs, company names, service marks, illustrations, images, logos, patents, and models appearing on this Website are and remain the exclusive property of Silwart and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Any use and reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

Jurisdiction

The sales contract between Silwart di Silvia Maria Gustinetti and the Customer is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law.

For the resolution of any civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of the court of Bergamo.

Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform

The European Commission has introduced an online platform for alternative dispute resolution, facilitating the out-of-court settlement of disputes related to and arising from online sales and service contracts.

Therefore, any European Consumer can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from contracts concluded online.
