Right of Withdrawal

The order can be canceled within and no later than 24 hours from the purchase, provided that the Customer sends a specific written request to the Supplier via email. If the Customer is not completely satisfied with the goods purchased, they can request a withdrawal or replacement of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of supply of customized and/or personalized products and/or products specifically made on Customers' request and choice (combination of models/colours/components etc.).

In case of a complaint and/or withdrawal, excluding customized and/or personalized products, and/or products specifically made on Customers' request and choice (combination of models/colours/components etc.), the Customer must send a written request no later than three (3) days from the date of receipt of the product and return the product no later than seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The goods must be returned in perfect condition, new and intact, without any signs of use, complete with the original packaging (cardboard box, protective bag and/or container, tags, and warranty seals) and shipped in adequate additional packaging (cardboard box) to protect the original packaging. The Customer must attach a copy of the sales invoice or receipt to the returned goods to correctly process the refund. It is recommended not to apply adhesive tape directly to the original boxes and to instead carefully seal the additional packaging.

If the returned goods and their original packaging are not in perfect condition, they will be considered unsellable by the Supplier. In such a case, the Supplier will be unable to accept the return, and the right of withdrawal will be completely void. Silwart is not liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned by the Customer with uninsured shipments.
